Are you asking how to add a shaft to an Assembly document or to an Assembly Drawing document?

Sorry for typing in English since I don't have Chinese character typing software on my computer

I am assuming that you want to add a shaft to an assembly. Create a new assembly document first. Two methods to do:

1. To create a part while you are working in an assembly document:
   Insert>Component>New Part...
   Type a name for the new part> Save
   Select a planar face or a plane, you will see that the objects become gray and FeatureManager design tree change the color to magenta, it indicates that you are in the part mode, the part design toolbars are available now. when you have finished the part, right click in the window area, select Edit Assembly: Assem1 , then you back to assembly mode.

2. To add an existing part to an assembly, you need to select:
   Insert > Component > Existing Part/Assembly...
   Browse
   Select the part that you created before > Open
   Apply some constraints to mate the part.
