应该是公差按照AS4087，然后厚度外径和内径的公差要求超过+1/-0的话要按照客户的要求
PCD是节圆的意思，但是孔为什么不能有公差，这点不是很清楚，请和你的客户沟通

我们用的不是数控车床，所以一般都会有公差。之前就有个客户因为我们的产品的公差和他们要求的不一样，向我们提出索赔。现在公司对这个就非常重视。
那这个要求就是不允许公差为负值了？这个要求确实不好弄啊！

确实是不允许负公差即使不用数控，我觉得没有你想的那么严重吧，客户定的是什么材质的法兰？很容易就达到只正不负我们的法兰基本都是只正不负的，只不过这样的要求就是成本增加而已尤其是不锈钢的材质

这个要求材质是AS3678GRADE250。也是澳大利亚的材质号。我找了下，还有客人给我传的质量证明书，我们用Q235代替的。

如果是碳钢的话，那就没什么了啊碳钢的法兰多车点少车点没什么影响的就给他保证正公差就行了（除非你们法兰模具余量小，打的毛坯余量留的少，不过碳钢的法兰一般不会这样），可以不用再问客户了。
