Suchtheexpressionasfullhard,halfhard,quarterhardetcshouldbeoftenseeninthedrawing,whichistoindicatethepropertiesofthematerialweuse,especiallyfornon-ferrousalloy,likecopperalloy,aluminumalloy,steelalloyetc.

网上找到一段有关冷轧的文字，刚好解释了fullhard,halfhard和quarterhard这几个术语：
Coldrolledsheetcanbeproducedinvariousconditionssuchasskin-rolled,quarterhard,halfhard,fullharddependingonhowmuchcoldworkhasbeenperformed.Thiscoldworking(hardness)isoftencalledtemper,althoughthishasnothingtodowithheattreatmenttemper.
Inskinrolling,themetalisreducedby0.5to1%andresultsinasurfacethatissmoothandtheyieldpointphenomenon--excessivestretchingandwrinklinginsubsequentoperations,iseliminated.Thismakesthemetalmoreductileforfurtherformingandstretchingoperations.
QuarterHard,HalfHard,FullHardstockhavehigheramountsofreduction,upto50%.Thisincreasestheyieldpoint;grainorientationandmaterialpropertiesassumedifferentpropertiesalongthegrainorientation.However,whiletheyieldpointincreases,ductilitydecreases.
QuarterHardmaterialcanbebent(perpendiculartothedirectionofrolling)onitselfwithoutfracturing.Halfhardmaterialcanbebent90o;fullhardcanbebent45o.Thus,thesematerialscanbeusedforinapplicationsinvolvinggreatamountsofbendinganddeformation,withoutfracturing.
