pouringtemp.是浇铸温度.LZ问的是热处理,
我认为charge/dischargetemp.比较合适

"tappingtemperatureisthetemperaturewhenthebilletcomesoutfromthefurnace"这好象不对吧？
Tappingtemperatureisthetemperaturewhenliquidsteelcomesoutofthefurnace(e.g.EAForBOF).
Tappingtemperature是特指炼钢厂电炉炼钢或转炉炼钢的“出钢温度”，注意，如果是“tapping"的话，一般是指液态的东西。

支持楼上的，出钢出铁用TAPPING，热处理指的从热处理炉子中出炉，用discharge就可以了
