我这么翻译可以么？
平面度是指实际平面偏离理想平面的程度。

单就这2句来说，当然第一句好。但偏离度用“degree”有待商榷。tolerance或value也可以吧？

我的感觉tolerance都用作公差，value是个具体的值。我想说的是平面度公差控制平面度误差，用平面度描述实际加工出来的平面偏离理想平面的程度。对于汉语中常用的程度，我一直不知道怎么翻译地道。
