SolidWorks 2010 Service Pack 3.1 is available on the Customer Portal for Subscription Services customers to download.
The difference between Service Pack 3.0 and Service Pack 3.1 is administrative. If you have already installed SolidWorks 2010 Service Pack 3.0, it is not necessary to install 2010 Service Pack 3.1.

To download, [url=https://www.solidworks.com/pages/services/subscription/downloads.html]click here[/url] or log onto the SolidWorks Customer Portal at and click Download Software and Updates.
For a listing of SPR's fixed in this Service Pack, . There were no additional customer SPRs fixed between Service Pack 3.0 and Service Pack 3.1.
看红色加粗的文字，如果你安装了SP3，则没有必要安装SP3.1

0.1的改进没有多少变化，不必跟新。

官网已给出了sp3.0与3.1是：The difference between Service Pack 3.0 and Service Pack 3.1 is administrative.也就是说区别是“administrative”。可能是指两者的不同在管理方面。比如说网络版的管理。

我觉得还是应该升级的，毕竟新出版本总会修正些BUG
